At Kopikoa Coffee Co., we take pride in roasting and shipping fresh specialty coffee as quickly as possible. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method, and order size.
Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
While we work hard to ship your order promptly, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
Kopikoa Coffee Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Natural disasters
- High shipping volumes
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and your package is returned to us, you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly during checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Kopikoa Coffee Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, we're happy to help guide you through the claims process.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been opened during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the damaged product
- A brief description of the issue
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping may not be available. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.
